Who is Jane Longley-Martins? 
Born and raised in New England through college, she has now lived in California almost long enough to be considered a native. With the support of her husband of thirty-one years and two young adult children, Jane has built a strong referral based business and has sold homes in San Mateo County for more than two decades. 

She understands not only the dynamics of property values and changing markets, but of also building long-term relationships. As a personal real estate investor/landlord, she brings a pragmatic approach to getting the job done, with a “make it happen” attitude.  Jane brings to the table wisdom, years of experience, knowledge of potential pitfalls, slew of designations, a “sure sale” marketing plan, an escrow assistant, a collection of plaques and lots of compassion.
